04th and 05th April, 2022

The talent search program was conducted on the 4th and 5th of April 2022. It was the day when F.Y.B.Ed students had to showcase a month of their hard work in the form of their talent, to the respected principal Dr. (Sr.)Tanuja Waghmare, the teaching and non-teaching staff members and the classmates as well as the S.Y.B.Ed students. All the students were divided in 5 groups and had to perform an act as a group. The talent search program comprised of 5 skits, each depicting a social issue like child labour, women empowerment, mental health awareness, mental wellbeing and discriminination against women.

The skits were well put together and they not only created awareness about the respective issues but also showcased the performer’s talent in the best possible way. Talents in the form of dancing, singing, acting, writing, painting, etc. were put on show. Since it was the first event of the F.Y.B.Ed students they got to know about the personalities and talents of their teammates during the practice sessions. It promoted teamwork, gave the students an opportunity to learn new skills from their peers and to overcome any fears they may have with the support of their group. The talent search program enabled the students to convey their talents and social message in a fun and creative way.
