To maintain the dignity of the institute by upholding cordial relationship between student-student, student-teacher and student-administrators.
To encourage the student-teachers to express their grievances related to academic, administrative, personal and co-curricular activities freely without any fear.
To advise the students of the institute to respect the rights and dignity of one another and upholding utmost self-control and patience whenever any occasion of crisis arises.
To advise all the students to renounce from stirring students against other students, teachers and college administration.
To receive the applications of the students from the portal available on the website of the Institute and process them further.
To attend all applications relating to the grievances of the students.
To entertain and consider the grievances of the students. It may hear the students in person by giving opportunities of hearing.
To hear all the concerned parties and settle grievances as early as possible.
To counsel the students whenever necessary to resolve their grievances.
To give advice to the students through correspondence.
All aggrieved students can approach the College Grievance Redressal Cell and submit their grievance through the online portal. The committee shall strive to resolve the issue within 15 days from the date of the receipt of the grievance.

Committee will meet to solve the issues faced by student teachers with a definite time frame of 15 days or earlier as per the gravity of the situation. Upon receipt of complaint, the teacher educators of the Committee will intimate the Principal
At this stage, based on the nature of the complaint and severity of its possible impact, the Principal will take action to proceed on addressing the concerns while keeping the ethos of the institution.
