The Right to Information Act 2005 ensures the right to information for citizens to secure access information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority.

The cell is headed by the principal and faculty members.

As per RTI Norms of 2005

माहितीचा अधिकार अधिनियम, २००५ अन्वये माहिती अधिकार अतंर्गत महाविद्यालयातील अधिकाऱ्यांची नावे खालील तक्त्याप्रमाणे आहेत.

अधिनियम, २००५ अतंर्गत माहिती अधिकार समिती

१. प्रथम अपिलीय अधिकारी : डॉ. तनुजा वाघमारे – प्राचार्य.

२. जन माहिती अधिकारी : डॉ. जोन लोपेस – सहायक प्राध्यापक.

३. सहाय्यक जन माहिती अधिकारी : श्रीमती. कॉलीन फर्नांडिस - वरिष्ठ लिपिक.
