Farewell (Batch 2020-22)

The batch of 2020-2022 (SY.B.Ed) had their farewell on 2nd May 2022 which was organised by the batch of 2021-2023 (FY.B.Ed) in the multipurpose hall of our institution, St. Teresa's Institute of Education. The event began at 11:00am till 3:00pm. The total no. of students and faculty were 105. This was the second event organized by the FYs. The main objective of the event was to bid a memorable farewell to all our Dearest SY.B.Ed Seniors.

The event started with the lighting of the lamp by Dr. Sr. Tanuja, and followed by 4 more SYs. The theme selected for the farewell was ‘BOLLYWOOD’. The hall was decorated with various props related to the theme and we named our SYs as “STIE ke Sitare”. The various programs organized were the assembly which was conducted by the FYs. There were Bollywood dances performed by the FYs on old and new songs. There were 6 hosts for the entire celebration all dressed up as Bollywood characters. There were different spot prizes, and various kinds of games for the entertaining element of the day. The celebration went on amazingly for all the SY’s, staff and as well as for the FY’s. Then snacks were given to all the students and staff present. Our celebration ended with the General Secretary of the FY.B.Ed sharing the experience of organizing the event.

Lastly, Sr. Tanuja thanked the FYs for putting up a wonderful celebration and shared some words of wisdom for our SYs including the FY.B.Ed students. The Previous General Secretary of the SY, Ms Upasna Sanghvi expressed her views. All our seniors were very happy and emotional. The certificate distribution was done for the SYs by our Principal for their various achievements in this B. Ed journey. The Program ended when all our seniors of STIE went out the hall with holding lamps in their hands and we bid them with Lots of Love and Luck for their future to come ahead of them. This is the message that the juniors want to give their seniors, "Go confidently in the DIRECTION of your dreams! Live the LIFE the way you've imagined." Happy Farewell!
