Dr. Cindrella D’Mello is a passionate and dedicated teacher educator who believes that There is no substitute for hard work. She is the IQAC Coordinator, member of College Development Committee (CDC) and Extension Work Teacher (DLLLE). She has been a part of several syllabus revision committees as well as a paper setter at the University of Mumbai.

She has organized workshops on the themes -Online Tools of Teaching-Learning, Techniques of Vedic Mathematics, and Teachers Eligibility Test (TET). These workshops have helped pre-service teachers as well as in-service teachers to gain knowledge and learn new skills. Training provided by her for Preparation of TET has helped many teachers and teacher-trainees to pass TET.

Dr. D’Mello has initiated an add-on course titled ‘Tech-Fluent Teachers’ to make teacher-trainees familiar with different technological tools. She has organized one day seminars on ‘Human Rights’ in collaboration with NHRC. Being a member of Research Cell of STIE she has organized Research Paper Reading Sessions in College.

She has participated and presented papers in several International, National, and State level seminars, conferences, workshops and webinars. She has also published several research papers in International, peer-reviewed journals and contributed chapters in edited books. She is an enthusiastic planner for different celebrations, competitions in college as well as field visits and picnics.
